The Process
Nine Steps, One Working Relationship
Step 1
Initial Contact
Reach out through our contact form or by phone. We ask a few questions about your authority, equipment, and what you want out of a dispatch service — and answer every question you have about ours.
Step 2
Equipment and Lane Preferences
You tell us how you run: trailer type, home base, lanes you like, areas you avoid, rate expectations, and how much home time you need. This profile drives every load decision that follows.
Step 3
Document Preparation
We collect the basics — MC authority letter, certificate of insurance, W-9, and a signed dispatch agreement. If you factor, we coordinate the paperwork your factoring company needs too.
Step 4
Dispatcher Introduction
You are connected with the dispatcher who will manage your truck. They review your profile with you, confirm preferences, and agree on how and when you want to communicate.
Step 5
Load Searching
Your dispatcher works the load boards and broker contacts, filtering everything against your equipment, lanes, and rate floor. Only loads that genuinely fit make it to your phone.
Step 6
Rate Negotiation
Before a load reaches you, the rate has been pushed. Your dispatcher negotiates with the broker using current market data — posted price is treated as an opening offer, not a final one.
Step 7
Driver Approval
You see the load, the rate, and the details — then you decide. Nothing is ever booked without your approval. Not sure? Your dispatcher gives you an honest read on whether to take it or wait.
Step 8
Load Confirmation
Once you approve, we handle the booking: rate confirmation reviewed and signed, pickup numbers collected, appointment times confirmed, and every detail passed to you in one clean summary.
Step 9
Ongoing Support
Through the load and beyond — check calls handled, detention documented, paperwork filed, and the next load already in the works before you deliver. Week after week, that is the job.
